Scholarship Fund

 

Applying for a Scholarship

  1. There are two application forms to be completed.
    1. application for Scholarship to be completed by the student’s parent
    2. Principal/Teacher’s report to be completed by the applicant’s school
  2. The form filled in by the parent is to be forwarded to the
    State Scholarship Director,
    c/- PWP Oasis House
    37 Hampden Road
    Nedlands 6009.
    It must not be with the principal/teacher form. A separate stamped envelope is provided for the principal/teacher form.
  3. Application forms are available to members from Head Office at a time advertised in the monthly newsletter, the Stepping Stone (usually August).
  4. The closing date for the receipt of applications is the last mail received at Head Office on the 30th October.
  5. Photocopies of the applicant’s half yearly or end of term reports and other relevant material is to be attached to the parent form. DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS.
