Role of the F.I.T.A.P. Officer

N.B. Suitable for Job Sharing

Overview

This committee position encourages and supports the Family and Individual Talent Awards Program.

Duties

  • Promotion and encouragement of the F.I.T.A.P. scheme to Central Branch members' and their children
  • Arranging F.I.T.A.P. activities - preferably once a month
  • Arrange an annual Branch F.I.T.A.P. judging day - invite a outside person to do the judging
  • Liaison with the State F.I.T.A.P. officer for judging deadlines and delivery and collection of entries for State judging
  • Storage of supplies-craft supplies, F.I.T.A.P. handouts, etc.
  • Replenishment of supplies-buying craft supplies as needed for F.I.T.A.P. activities
  • Attend branch meetings
